Hopefully your window will "open up" that way again and you can reach its controls. Then do Alt-Space again and this time press "s" to resize the window, again with the arrow keys, finalize with "Enter" to save the new size. Press Enter to lock the window's new position. Then use "m" and start moving the window with the keyboard arrow keys. You may not be able to see the controls menu, as it might open off-screen. Use keyboard shortcut Alt-Space to open the window's position and size controls. First make sure the window is selected.
